In addition to the featured whole animal, Executive Chef Gianfranco Minuz will incorporate a variety of seasonal fall produce from California farms, including Garcia Family Farms, Coleman Family Farms, Weiser Family Farms, J.J.?s Lone Daughter Ranch, and Maggie?s Farm, among others.?This month?s?Morso della Bestia?menu features:
